During my internship at Jobe and Associates in the summer of 2024, I had the exciting opportunity to design a concept for Wendy’s 2024 General Managers Conference. The theme was “Growth,” which I interpreted as growth through transformation. My design reflects not just financial success but also the personal and professional development opportunities for employees as they move up within the company.
